My name is Rachael and my focus is dog walking and visiting dogs and cats in their home. Dogs are pack animals and most like to play and run together, however, as humans are all individual with their own personalities, so are our canine companions. As such, some dogs are more suited to individual walks in quiet locations, or attention and fuss in their own home. If a service you require is not listed, just get in touch so we can discuss your individual needs.
Myself and Benji are both very friendly and he will be joining us on our group walks.
After spending most of my career and working life in public services, I have decided the time has come to do something different.
I love the outdoors and since getting a dog in 2020, I want to be out with him more, not to mention being more of a pet person than a people person!
I had cats growing up and throughout my life. Benji is my first dog, a golden retriever and has brought about a deep passion for dogs I really didn't realise I had.
I have had experience walking a variety of dogs belonging to friends and volunteering. Benji is now also a volunteer therapy dog with Greyhound Rescue Wales! I am a walker and pet sitter, not a trainer, however I have some experience with resource guarding and reactive dogs, basic training, including improving lead walking and recall training with my own dog.
